Those of you who are regular visitors may have noticed that we haven’t updated this site for a while, and new visitors might like to know that the content you are viewing was produced by a team of volunteers from 2009-2016. For now, the site will be maintained as is so that its content continues to be available.
Along with life’s ebbs and flows, our moderator, Gilda Haas, has moved on to continue focusing on popular education about the economy, and her energy has moved into a more specific direction of an equal obsession which is to build the capacity for worker cooperatives –– businesses that are owned and controlled by their workers –– in Los Angeles where she lives.
